Seen a seal on a listing or a yard sign? Check it here. Anyone can look up any NHR certificate — that is the point of one.
Partial information is fine — a street name alone usually finds it.
Why this page exists
A badge the seller controls proves nothing, because the seller is the one with a motive. Every certification worth trusting — LEED, UL, Energy Star — publishes a record the public can check without asking permission from the party being certified.
So every NHR certificate is listed here by default, including the expired ones. A directory with gaps in it invites the question of what is being left out.
